fab/01
about

A fab is where silicon is made.
This one pays you.

You bought a graphics card. Somebody designed the chip. Somebody etched it into a wafer. Somebody built the memory sitting next to it. Those companies are some of the most valuable on earth, and you paid all of them once, at the checkout.

FAB flips that. Give your GPU 60 seconds. It runs a real workload in the browser, FAB verifies the silicon, and a treasury pays you back in small, real, tokenized slices of the companies that built it. That is the whole product.

Real world assets, without the spreadsheet. Proof of silicon, without the mining rig.

in plain words
your gpu

The thing in your computer that draws games and runs AI. It was made by a chain of companies.

tokenized stock

A share of a public company, represented as a token on a blockchain. Same company, easier to move.

treasury

A pool of those tokens that FAB owns publicly. It is the only place rewards come from.

Each program is a collectible test. Different silicon shines on different work. Your lineage map stays the same; your score does not.

questions
Is this actually mining?+

Not in the bitcoin sense. Your GPU runs a real compute workload for 60 seconds so we can verify it is real silicon doing real work. The reward is paid from a treasury, not minted by the workload.

What do I actually receive?+

Tokenized shares of the companies in your GPU's supply chain, on Robinhood Chain. An NVIDIA card pays in NVDA, TSM and SK Hynix. An Apple chip pays in AAPL, TSM and SK Hynix. The split follows who built what.

Where does the money come from?+

A treasury contract on Robinhood Chain holding those tokenized equities. It only pays what it holds. Sponsor deposits, protocol fees and founder capital refill it, and every deposit is a public event.

Is it safe for my computer?+

It is a 60-second shader workload, the same kind of thing a game does. Fans may spin. Nothing is installed and nothing runs after the tab closes.

Does it know my exact GPU?+

Sometimes. Browsers deliberately limit what they reveal about hardware. FAB shows the vendor and architecture it is confident about, and only names the exact model when the browser exposes it.

Can I cheat it?+

Each run starts with a signed token from the fab and must come back at least 58 seconds later, once. The server caps your score at the ceiling for your vendor's silicon, rate-limits by IP, and only pays runs it verified. Faking a 4090 with a laptop earns you a laptop's reward.

Is this investment advice?+

No. FAB is an early-access product. Rewards depend entirely on what the treasury holds. Nothing here is a solicitation to buy anything.
