Privacy Policy

• You do not need an account, and we never ask for your name, email address or phone number.
• We collect what the Service needs to verify runs, prevent abuse, settle rewards and answer prompts: technical details about your GPU, your results, a hashed form of your IP address, and any wallet address you use.
• Prompts you send to open models are processed on devices run by independent miners and node operators, who can read them. Do not send anything sensitive.
• Anything recorded on a blockchain is public and permanent. We cannot delete it.
• We do not sell your information, and we do not use advertising trackers or cookies for analytics.

When you mine:

• the GPU vendor and architecture your browser exposes, and a device label derived from them;
• the instrument, run length, graphics API, your score and the verified work, and when the run started and finished;
• the country your request came from, as determined by our hosting provider from your IP address. We do not record a more precise location.

From your network connection:

• your IP address, which we use to apply rate limits, grant the one free trial per address, and prevent abuse. We store it only as a salted hash, never in plain form.

When you use a wallet:

• the address you sign a mining pass with, the tier your holding qualifies for, and signatures that prove you control it. Signing sends no transaction;
• the runs and rewards attached to your address, and the vouchers issued to it;
• for headless nodes, the registering address and the models the node declares.

When you use the API or chat:

• your prompts, system prompts and, in the chat, the conversation history you send, together with the answer, the model, timings and the device label of the GPU that answered;
• for paid API keys, a hash of the key, its credit balance, and the paying address from the purchase transaction. Keys are stored only as hashes; a key bought before September 14, 2026 is converted to a hash the next time it is used;
• for frontier models, your provider key is sent with a single request and used only for it. We do not store or log it.

When you pay for something or submit a render job:

• the transaction hash, paying address and amount, which are public on the blockchain, and a ledger entry recording the purchase;
• for render jobs, the scene seed and the frames miners deliver, with the device label of the GPU that rendered each one.

Analytics:

• aggregate page views through Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies;
• product events such as a run starting, completing or being rejected, the instrument and run length, a pass tier label, an error status, and a referral code if you arrived through one. These events contain no wallet addresses, prompts or IP addresses.

Some information stays on your own device and is never sent to us unless noted. Clearing this site's data removes it.

• to run, score and verify benchmark workloads, and to detect and prevent cheating, fraud and abuse;
• to issue mining passes, apply tiers and limits, settle epochs and issue vouchers;
• to answer prompts, cross-check answers on a second GPU, and track API credits;
• to publish the live run feed, leaderboards and the public dataset described below;
• to understand how the Service is used, fix problems and improve it;
• to comply with the law and to protect the Service and its users.

• The live run feed, leaderboards and public dataset show, for each verified run, the device label, GPU vendor and architecture, instrument, score, run length, country, epoch and time. They never include wallet addresses, IP addresses or run tokens.
• Payments and deposits to the treasury are recorded on the blockchain with their transaction hashes.
• Blockchain activity is public and permanent: redeeming a voucher, buying an API key or paying for a render job reveals your address and the amounts involved to anyone.

We do not sell personal information. It is shared only as follows:

• Independent miners and headless node operators receive the prompts and conversation history they are asked to answer.
• Anthropic or DeepSeek receive your prompt when you use a frontier model with your own key, under their own privacy policies.
• Hugging Face receives your IP address when your browser downloads model weights directly from it to run inference.
• Our service providers host the Service and store its data: Vercel for hosting and analytics, whose request logs can include IP addresses for a short period, and Upstash for the database.
• Blockchain networks receive whatever you or the treasury submit on chain.
• Telegram processes messages you send to our channel or chat, under its own privacy policy.
• Authorities, where we are required to by law or need to protect the rights, safety or property of FAB or others.

The services we query for prices receive no information about you.

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries, which may have different data protection laws from yours. By using the Service, you understand your information may be processed there.

• You can mine a trial run without connecting a wallet, and you can choose not to remember provider keys.
• You can clear the information stored in your browser at any time.
• Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to how it is used.

To make a request, contact us through t.me/siliconfab. Because we do not have accounts, we can only find information linked to something you can prove is yours, such as a wallet address you sign for or a run id. We cannot change or delete information recorded on a blockchain. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

We store IP addresses and API keys as hashes (older keys are converted when next used), keep the mining pass in an HttpOnly cookie, never store provider keys on our servers, and verify wallet ownership with signatures rather than asking for keys. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information sent over the internet or processed by third parties.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and we will note material changes on the Service. The Terms of Use also apply to your use of the Service.
