Terms of Use
Effective September 14, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of fabrwa.xyz, its mining client, API, chat, render jobs, headless node software and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by FAB ("FAB", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
In short: nothing here is investment advice, $FAB is a key rather than a claim on anything, rewards are paid only from what the treasury holds, trial runs are not paid, and cheating forfeits rewards.
01Eligibility and availability
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
- You may not use the Service if you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are named on a sanctions list.
- The Service, $FAB and tokenized equities may be restricted or unlawful where you live. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax obligations. We may restrict access from any jurisdiction at any time.
- The Service is in early access. Features, instruments, reward rates and limits may change, including at any epoch boundary.
02The Service
The Service includes:
- Mining: benchmark workloads that run on your GPU in your browser for a fixed period, which our servers verify and, where eligible, reward.
- Rewards: paid in tokenized equities held by the FAB treasury smart contract on Robinhood Chain, through signed vouchers that you redeem yourself.
- Inference: an OpenAI-compatible API and a chat interface. Open models are served by miners' browsers and by independently operated headless nodes. Frontier models are served by their provider using your own provider key.
- Render jobs, the headless node software, and a public dataset of verified runs.
How the Service works in detail is described in the documentation. Where these Terms and the documentation differ, these Terms apply.
03Mining passes, trial runs and tiers
- Earning rewards requires a mining pass. You obtain one by signing a message with a wallet that holds $FAB worth at least the minimum shown on the site, currently $30. Signing sends no transaction. A pass is valid for 24 hours, and its tier is fixed by your holding at the moment it is issued.
- Each network address may complete one free trial run. Trial runs are scored and shown to you, but they are not paid and do not accrue rewards.
- Your tier sets your reward multiplier and how many GPUs you may keep mining at once. Your holding is checked again when each run starts, and if it has fallen, the lower tier applies. It is checked once more when the run finishes, and a run that finishes after the wallet no longer holds the minimum is not paid.
- holder: from $30 of $FAB, ×1 rewards, up to 1 GPU at once.
- operator: from $300 of $FAB, ×1.25 rewards, up to 2 GPUs at once.
- foundry: from $3,000 of $FAB, ×1.5 rewards, up to 4 GPUs at once.
We may change the minimum holding, tiers, multipliers and limits at any time.
04Rewards and settlement
- Rewards accrue in six-hour epochs. After an epoch closes, settlement converts each wallet's reward amount into shares of the relevant tokenized equities, at prices observed at settlement, and records a voucher signed for that wallet.
- Rewards are paid only from assets the treasury holds, and from no other source. The reward rate is adjusted according to the value of the treasury, and no epoch pays out more than a set share of it. If more is owed than that share, every wallet's amount is reduced by the same proportion.
- You redeem vouchers yourself, on chain, and you pay the network fees. A redemption can fail if the treasury does not hold the tokens it draws on.
- Rewards are not wages, employment income, or a return on any investment, and they are not guaranteed. Amounts shown before settlement are estimates.
- We may withhold, reduce, void, or decline to sign vouchers for runs that fail verification, or that we reasonably believe were produced by a modified client, falsified hardware or results, automation, circumvention of limits, or other abuse. This includes runs that have been recorded but not yet redeemed.
- If a voucher is issued in error, we may correct, reissue or cancel it before it is redeemed.
05$FAB
- $FAB is a utility token. It is used to obtain a mining pass and a tier, and for nothing else on the Service.
- $FAB is not a reward, a share, a debt or a security issued by FAB. It is not a claim on FAB, the treasury, trading fees, or any revenue. Holding it does not entitle you to dividends, profit sharing, buybacks, redemption, or governance rights.
- $FAB trades on third-party venues that we do not operate or control. Its price can fall to zero, and we make no promise about its value, liquidity or availability.
06Tokenized equities
- The tokenized equities used for rewards are issued by third parties. Any rights they carry are defined by their issuer's terms, and they may not give you the rights of a shareholder, such as voting rights or dividends. They may be restricted or unavailable where you live.
- FAB is not the issuer, a broker, or an investment adviser, and does not hold redeemed tokens on your behalf.
- Company names and ticker symbols appear on the Service to describe the supply chain of your hardware. FAB is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NVIDIA, TSMC, SK Hynix, Apple, AMD, Intel, Qualcomm, Arm, ASML, Micron, Samsung, Robinhood, or any other company named.
- Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, token or financial product.
07Wallets, blockchain transactions and smart contracts
- You alone control your wallet and its keys. We will never ask for your private key or seed phrase. We cannot recover access to a wallet, and we cannot reverse a transaction.
- Blockchain transactions are public and irreversible, and they require network fees. Networks can be congested, delayed or unavailable.
- Smart contracts can contain defects, and the tokens they hold can be lost.
- The treasury contract is administered by FAB. Its owner can take administrative actions, including emergency withdrawal of assets and replacing the settlement key, and the settlement key determines what each voucher contains. These controls exist, and they are a risk you accept by using the Service.
08Payments for API keys and render jobs
- API keys and render jobs are paid for in ETH on Robinhood Chain: you send a transaction to the address shown and submit its hash. Amounts are converted at the spot price when the payment is processed.
- Payments are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
- An API key is shown to you once. We store only a hash of it and cannot recover a lost key. Credits are spent per prompt as described in the documentation, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for money.
- A transaction hash can be used for one purchase only. You may only submit a transaction that you sent.
- Render job frames are delivered by miners as they run. We do not guarantee when a job will finish, or the quality of what is delivered.
09Prompts, outputs and the API
- When you use an open model, your prompt and conversation history are sent to, and processed on, devices operated by independent miners and node operators. Do not submit personal data, confidential information, credentials, or anything you would not want someone else to read.
- Outputs are generated automatically. They may be wrong, incomplete or offensive, and they are provided as is. Check them before you rely on them.
- When you use a frontier model, your prompt is sent to its provider with the provider key you supply, for that request only. FAB does not store the key and adds no markup. The provider's terms, policies and billing apply, and FAB is not responsible for provider charges, outages or decisions.
- You are responsible for your prompts and for how you use outputs. You keep whatever rights you have in your prompts, and you grant FAB, miners and node operators the permission needed to process them and deliver the result.
- Rate limits, answer lengths and the parameters we support are set out in the documentation and may change.
10Running a headless node
- The node software runs on your own machine, at your own risk. Verify the published checksum before running it. You are responsible for your hardware, power, any third-party software you install, and the models you serve.
- Nodes are not currently paid. Serving prompts does not earn rewards unless we announce otherwise.
- You must not log, retain, disclose or misuse prompts or outputs that you process for other users.
11Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- modify, emulate or replace the mining client or node software, or submit hardware information, scores, work totals or results that were not honestly produced on the device that ran them;
- use VPNs, proxies, multiple devices, wallets or network addresses to obtain trials, passes, tiers, higher limits or rewards you are not entitled to, or otherwise circumvent any limit;
- automate runs or passes except through interfaces we provide for that purpose;
- exploit a bug, vulnerability or pricing error instead of reporting it to us;
- submit a payment transaction that you did not send;
- log, store, disclose or misuse prompts or outputs you process for others;
- use the Service for unlawful purposes, malware, harassment, content that sexualises minors, or to infringe anyone's rights;
- attack, overload or interfere with the Service or its users, or access it beyond documented limits;
- use the Service in breach of sanctions or export controls.
If you find a vulnerability, report it through t.me/siliconfab. We welcome good-faith reports and will not treat responsible disclosure as a breach of these Terms.
12Intellectual property
- The Service and its content, including its design, text, graphics, films, software, the FAB name and the bee mark, belong to FAB or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.
- The public dataset and live feeds are published for anyone to use and are provided as is.
- Third-party names, logos and marks belong to their owners.
- If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
13Third-party services
The Service relies on services we do not control, including your wallet, Robinhood Chain, token issuers, trading venues, Hugging Face, AI providers, Telegram and our hosting providers. Their terms and policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.
14Risks you accept
- Running workloads stresses your hardware, raises its temperature, and uses power. You are responsible for your device and its costs.
- Token and equity prices are volatile. Rewards can be reduced, delayed or unavailable, and the treasury may hold little or nothing.
- Blockchains, smart contracts, wallets and third-party services can fail, be attacked, or change.
- Laws and regulations can change in ways that limit or end the Service, or the availability of $FAB or tokenized equities.
15Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY AND ACCURACY, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT REWARDS WILL BE EARNED, SETTLED OR REDEEMABLE. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
16Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAB WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, TOKENS OR OTHER DIGITAL ASSETS, OR DAMAGE TO HARDWARE, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE. FAB'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FAB IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
17Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold FAB harmless from claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or of anyone's rights.
18Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Service, restrict a wallet, or withhold unredeemed rewards connected to a breach of these Terms, at any time and without notice where necessary to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service at any time. The sections on $FAB, risks, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and general terms continue to apply after your use ends.
19Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and we will note material changes on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
20General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and FAB about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies.
